Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RedWEYL ("RedWEYL," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our websites and products, including redweyl.com and the products we build. By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you provide: account details such as your name and email, your profile, and content you enter, which for our property products may include details of the units and contracts you list, documents you upload to verify them, and the floor plans, designs, and project specifications you create.
• Payment information: when you subscribe, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. We receive limited billing details (such as plan and status) but do not store full payment card numbers.
• Information collected automatically: device, log, and usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies to keep the service secure and improve it.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and operate the services, personalize features such as AI-generated designs, estimates, and recommendations, process payments, communicate with you, provide support, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and improve our products.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:

• Service providers who help us run the services, such as hosting, analytics, and our payment processor, under confidentiality obligations.
• Other users, when you choose, for example the other party when you contact someone about a listing, or contractors you invite to bid on a project, who see what they need to respond.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
• Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.

6. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@redweyl.com and we will respond in line with applicable law.

7. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

8. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure it receives an appropriate level of protection consistent with this policy and applicable law.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
