Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for paid subscriptions to RedWEYL products, including Vytalai. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Billing & renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown in US dollars on the relevant product page and are charged through our third-party payment processor. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
2. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from your account settings within the product. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your account reverts to the free plan where one is available.
3. Refunds
Because paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time, payments are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or periods during which you did not use the service, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Vytalai and our other products offer a free plan so you can try the core experience before deciding to subscribe. We encourage you to start with the free plan to make sure the product is right for you.
4. Billing errors & duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a valid cancellation, contact us at support@redweyl.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review the transaction and issue a refund for any genuine billing error.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including any statutory right of withdrawal that may apply to your purchase. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.
