RedBricks
The owner's side of the journey: sell or buy a property, design and budget its finishing, then rent it out. Every step works from one record of the unit.
A property marketplace without commissions. Sellers subscribe to list an apartment, a house or an off-plan unit; buyers subscribe to browse and unlock sellers' contact details. Messages and viewing requests stay in one place, so both sides talk directly instead of through a broker.
Flat subscriptions for sellers and buyers, whatever the price of the property. Plans and prices will be announced at launch.
For comparison, a 2.5% commission on a 6,200,000 sale would be 155,000.
Set your budget, choose a design and see it in front of you in real 3D and 2D before anything is built. Each design comes with its bill of quantities, so you know exactly what it takes and what it costs.
List the finished unit with its finishing record, find a tenant, sign the lease and track rent and maintenance in one place. When it is time to sell, its history goes with it.
M2awel
The execution side of the journey: finishing work that is already designed and measured, bid on by verified contractors.
M2awel turns a RedBricks design into a tender. Verified contractors bid blind on exactly the same specs, owners compare like for like, and payments are held and released as milestones are met.
